All Prefab is a sourcing directory of prefab-home factories. Instead of wading through marketplace noise and dozens of near-identical listings, you get a hand-picked set of real manufacturers, their models presented with consistent specs, and a single, considered way to reach them.
The premise is simple: importing a prefab home is a high-trust purchase, and the hard part is knowing which factories are real, what they actually build, and how the units compare. We do that filtering up front.

Browse a curated set of real factories and their models, capsules, expandables, container modules, A-frames, domes and specialty units, with the specs that matter laid out the same way for every one.
Compare
Put models side by side: structure, insulation, wind/seismic rating, size in m² and ft², container-fit and price band. The directory is built so the trade-offs are obvious, not buried in a PDF.

Send one inquiry through All Prefab. It goes to our sourcing team, not blasted to a dozen salespeople, and we match you to the right factory and shepherd the quote.
Curation over a lead blast
Most prefab “directories” are lead-generation machines: you fill in a form and your details are sold on to every supplier who paid for the slot, then your inbox pays for it for months. All Prefab works the other way around.
Every inquiry is reviewed by a sourcing team. We read your project, match it to the factory that genuinely fits on product, certifications, volume and market, and manage the introduction. Factories earn a place in the index by being real and verifiable, not by buying visibility. The result is fewer, better conversations: you talk to the right manufacturer once, instead of fielding a dozen cold pitches.
