Shandong 501 Smart Device Maker Co., Ltd (brand VLEGI 501) is a Sino-Korean joint venture in Wendeng, Weihai, making mid-to-high-end prefabricated mobile housing. Its ~25,000 m² base runs automated, robot-welded lines and an automated spray-painting line for 24-hour continuous production. Two families: curved all-aluminum space capsules (Apple-cabin A/C/Q series) and locking-module modular cabins (V/B/D/R/O series) that splice and stack into expandable, two-storey and office layouts. Module shells are all-aluminum with a double-bridge thermal break and 8–15 cm polyurethane insulation, rated for ‒40 to +55°C, with each cabin bearing up to 10 tons. Zero-foundation install in 2–3 days, shipping flat to cut freight by 75%. In-house design, 6000 W laser cutting, robot welding and high-pressure PU pouring; offices in Changsha, Qingdao, Korea, Taiwan and Europe. Real resort and scenic-camp installs across coastal and mountain China; exports to 12+ countries.
